2. Show Up - The #1 Rule of Success

Number one rule of success is show up. Leaders and businesses are up and down because they're not showing up consistently.

3. Show Me, Don't Tell Me

Data removes emotion from business decisions. Opens up CRM, client profiles, and sales process to verify activity. Numbers tell you everything.

4. Software Is NOT The Answer

Every CRM sucks. If you're not entering in the data, it's not gonna work for you. Don't overthink it - start with Excel spreadsheets.
